Throat Chakra Series Sound Bath

We will embark upon a guided meditation interwoven with live channeled vocals over the healing frequency of 741 hz.

The 741 Hz Solfeggio Frequency could also be referred to as the Frequency of Intuition. It’s believed that listening to this frequency can help provide mental clarity and help with decision making.

All too often, we don’t trust our intuition and lack self belief, but listening to 741 Hz music can help us develop more confidence in our gut feeling.

The Throat Chakra is closely linked to our communicating abilities, as well as our ability to speak the truth. When this Chakra is blocked we may feel hesitant when expressing our emotions or lack the vocabulary to describe how we’re feeling. We may also have difficulty speaking our truth, expressing boundaries, or using subtle lies & manipulation to get out of uncomfortable situations.

When the Chakra is balanced, we’ll experience mental clarity; confidence in our decision making and communication skills. We’ll be able to convey our thoughts clearly and mindfully, while also listening actively to those around us.
