 Sound Bath Experience 

Begin your experience with a powerful sound bath featuring the solfeggio frequency of 528 Hz, known as the “Love Frequency” for its ability to promote healing, reduce stress, and restore a sense of balance and harmony. The session will also include a guided meditation to help you deepen your relaxation and focus on self-love, as well as live singing to further enhance the soothing atmosphere. This combination of sound therapy, meditation, and live music is designed to lower cortisol levels, elevate your mood, and leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

 Bouquet Bar Workshop 

After the sound bath, indulge your creative side at our bouquet bar. Choose from a vibrant selection of home-grown flowers, including dahlias, sunflowers, snapdragons, and zinnias, and more to craft your personalized bouquet. Our floral expert will be available to offer guidance as you create a beautiful arrangement that reflects the peace and balance you've cultivated during the sound bath.
